My name is Charles David Recser, and I was born and raised here in Warren, Ohio . I am father to my son Paulo and daughter Cece. My hobbies are fitness, biking, traveling and boating.
I started my painting and decorating business in 1984 which facilitated much of my experience in and around the construction industry. Buying, remodeling, and selling rental properties gave me hands on experience with several different types of construction.
In 1997, I decided to build my first spec home. This is where I found that my favorite aspect is the design and decorated end of it.
In 2004, I started my own Villa Homes Development called “Paulo’s Landing” with 18 Individual Ranch Homes. I purchased a new Villa Home development in 2008, which named, Cece’s Place at Saddlebrooke Villas. It consists of 26 individual ranch style villas..
I began serving on the Board of Directors at Second Harvest Food Bank of the Mahoning Valley in the year 2007.
We have been fortunate to acquire some of the best sub-contractors in the business. They are very professional and well mannered, with an eagerness to serve our customers. We have a great relationship with our suppliers and sub-contractors. This has helped us move our projects smoothly. Many of our homes have been in Howland, Cortland , and Canfield Ohio with GMAC The Eaton Group in Timbercreek Development.
My primary goal is to build a solid relationship with my customers. This ensures we keep communications open and our projects running on time. Having the trust and respect of my customers keeps my job fun and exciting. I am ultimately concerned with keeping the quality and professional workmanship of my subcontractors second to none.
